Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur
additional charges.

House Rules

• To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:
• Smoking is not permitted within the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• There are no fixed quiet hours, however, guests are kindly requested to be
  considerate of others.

Liquor Policy

• We do not hold a license to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own liquor for personal consumption.

Driver Accommodation

• Driver accommodation is not available at the property.
• On request we can arrange driver accommodation at a nearby guest house for a
  reasonable rate.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a date change,
  subject to availability (Payments made are non-refundable).
• Advance payments are non-refundable.

Damage Policy

• If damages occurred during a stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest
  for repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs.
• Any applicable charges will be kindly settled at the time of check out
