The name of the room was inspired by the constellation Cygnus meaning swan, for the association with romance. Constellation Cygnus represents the swan form adopted by the amorous Greek God Zeus in his romantic escapades. Swans of our own local literature are birds that love luxury and mate for life, who symbolize the happy couple state.

Cygnus is a constellation in the fourth quadrant of the northern hemisphere (NQ4) and can be seen at latitudes between +90° and -40°. It’s also sometimes referred to as the Northern Cross.
